Rehabilitation Wait Time Survey, from Craig
Ontario Health is developing a guidance document to help stroke rehabilitation programs better manage their waiting lists. We want to hear about what it was like for you to have to wait to begin outpatient or in-home rehabilitation after your stroke.
Three one-hour virtual focus groups have been scheduled. Participants only need to attend one. Focus groups will be facilitated by Rehabilitation Coordinators from the Regional Stroke Networks. After each focus group, they will create a summary of the discussion to share with Ontario Health. Your responses will be kept anonymous, and your name will not be shared.
